Spring Hill Apartments

Casper, WY

Spring Hill Apartments is a remodel and rehabilitation project located at 650 South Walsh Drive in Casper, Wyoming.  Dedicated to families of low- to moderate-income levels, this 127-unit property is undergoing extensive interior and exterior improvements, along with adapting and modernizing the property to ensure ADA Accessibility Requirements are achieved.  Completed the summer of 2024.
