Opened inMay of 2016.

Century View Apartments is an affordable housing project located in Bismarck at 3015 Nebraska Drive. The project consists of 40 units dedicated to qualifying families and individuals. Of the 40 units, 32 are rent and income-restricted, while the remaining 8 are market-rate units. The property opened in October 2024.

This project is a 12-unit multifamily affordable complex located at 821 No. Absaroka Street in Powell, WY. CR Builders teamed with Wyoming Housing Network, Inc. to bring this much-needed affordable housing project to the Powell market. CR Builders provided the financing sources and led the development team in construction oversight. The project opened in the fall of 2020.

Tapestry Apartments is an affordable housing project located in Billings’ southside at 115 S. 30th Street. The project consists of 27 units dedicated to qualifying families and individuals. The project is sponsored by Community Leadership & Development, Inc. (CLDI) and opened in early 2024.

A 24-unit multifamily housing facility at 3901 North 19th Street in Bismarck, ND, is dedicated to residents with special needs. In cooperation with Pride, Inc., a local non-profit service agency, CR Builders served as project developer and source of financing. Opened in December 2014.

Located at the corner of Century Avenue and Ithica Drive in Bismarck, ND, this is a 40-unit senior housing complex. The residences offer an affordable housing option for low- to moderate-income seniors. Opened in November of 2016.
