



A 36-unit townhouse community located at the corner of 37th Street and Long Branch Avenue in Williston, ND. This workforce housing complex was built to provide a more affordable housing options for essential service workers and their families. Opened in July of 2015.

This newly built senior housing community is located at 3300 Sparks Road in Cheyenne, WY. This 56-unit affordable property is dedicated to serving the community’s senior resident population. Designed to foster social interaction amongst the residents, this popular community opened in October of 2021 and leased up in less than 90 days.

MRM Unified Campus is a new 158-bed homeless shelter and affordable housing campus located in downtown Billings. The campus will also house 29 apartments that will be dedicated to qualifying individuals. The campus will also have amenity and service space that will be instrumental in breaking the cycle of homelessness and opened in May of 2025.

Century View Apartments is an affordable housing project located in Bismarck at 3015 Nebraska Drive. The project consists of 40 units dedicated to qualifying families and individuals. Of the 40 units, 32 are rent and income-restricted, while the remaining 8 are market-rate units. The property opened in October 2024.

This 56-unit affordable senior housing project is located at 3001 15th Avenue So. on the campus of Benefis Health System in Great Falls, MT.
Phase 1 opened September 2012 and Phase 2 opened in August 2016.

Sponsored by the YWCA of Billings, this 24-unit multifamily community is located at 909 Wyoming Avenue in Billings, MT. The project is designed specifically to provide safe, affordable housing to its clientele, primarily single mothers and women in distress; Gateway Vista also provides numerous wrap-around services to help residents get back on their feet and break away from the cycle of violence and poverty. CR Builders was the lead developer and worked closely with YWCA Billings to make this unique project a success. The project opened in the summer of 2018.
