



Robin’s Point Apartments is an affordable housing project in Cheyenne located off Sparks Road. The project consists of 48 units dedicated to qualifying families and individuals. This is a sister development to Hawk’s Point, a 56-unit property dedicated to seniors, which lies directly north of the Robin’s Point Apartments. The property opened in September 2025.

This 56-unit affordable senior housing project is located at 3001 15th Avenue So. on the campus of Benefis Health System in Great Falls, MT.
Phase 1 opened September 2012 and Phase 2 opened in August 2016.

This project is a 12-unit multifamily affordable complex located at 821 No. Absaroka Street in Powell, WY. CR Builders teamed with Wyoming Housing Network, Inc. to bring this much-needed affordable housing project to the Powell market. CR Builders provided the financing sources and led the development team in construction oversight. The project opened in the fall of 2020.

MRM Unified Campus is a new 158-bed homeless shelter and affordable housing campus located in downtown Billings. The campus will also house 29 apartments that will be dedicated to qualifying individuals. The campus will also have amenity and service space that will be instrumental in breaking the cycle of homelessness and opened in May of 2025.

A 36-unit townhouse community located at the corner of 37th Street and Long Branch Avenue in Williston, ND. This workforce housing complex was built to provide a more affordable housing options for essential service workers and their families. Opened in July of 2015.

This 20-unit multifamily apartment community is located directly across the street from Veteran’s Memorial Park at 221 5th Street SW in Sidney, MT. The residences offer an affordable housing option for low- to moderate-income families or individuals. The property opened in October of 2013.
