



Robin’s Point Apartments is an affordable housing project in Cheyenne located off Sparks Road. The project consists of 48 units dedicated to qualifying families and individuals. This is a sister development to Hawk’s Point, a 56-unit property dedicated to seniors, which lies directly north of the Robin’s Point Apartments. The property opened in September 2025.

This is a 24-unit rehabilitation project, located at 560 & 580 8th Street SE in Dickinson, ND. It is dedicated to elderly and disabled households. As lead developer, CR Builders collaborated with fellow team member Affordable Housing Developers Inc. in bringing this exciting project to fruition. CR Builders provided the financing sources and oversaw the construction management for the development of the project. The project opened in early 2019.

A 36-unit townhouse community located at the corner of 37th Street and Long Branch Avenue in Williston, ND. This workforce housing complex was built to provide a more affordable housing options for essential service workers and their families. Opened in July of 2015.

Tapestry Apartments is an affordable housing project located in Billings’ southside at 115 S. 30th Street. The project consists of 27 units dedicated to qualifying families and individuals. The project is sponsored by Community Leadership & Development, Inc. (CLDI) and opened in early 2024.

Jackson Flats Community is an affordable senior housing community located at 2350 36th Ave S., Grand Forks, ND. The property features a project-based Housing Assistance Payment Contract for 38 of the project’s 40 units. The property opened in the spring of 2023.

Sponsored by the YWCA of Billings, this 24-unit multifamily community is located at 909 Wyoming Avenue in Billings, MT. The project is designed specifically to provide safe, affordable housing to its clientele, primarily single mothers and women in distress; Gateway Vista also provides numerous wrap-around services to help residents get back on their feet and break away from the cycle of violence and poverty. CR Builders was the lead developer and worked closely with YWCA Billings to make this unique project a success. The project opened in the summer of 2018.
