This is a townhome development located at the corner Sage Court and Sunflower Lane in Sidney, MT. This 10-unit rental property is workforce housing, dedicated to serving the community’s essential service workers, such as law enforcement personnel and employees of the city, county and school district. Opened inMay of 2016.

This 20-unit multifamily apartment community is located directly across the street from Veteran’s Memorial Park at 221 5th Street SW in Sidney, MT. The residences offer an affordable housing option for low- to moderate-income families or individuals. The property opened in October of 2013.

Sponsored by the YWCA of Billings, this 24-unit multifamily community is located at 909 Wyoming Avenue in Billings, MT. The project is designed specifically to provide safe, affordable housing to its clientele, primarily single mothers and women in distress; Gateway Vista also provides numerous wrap-around services to help residents get back on their feet and break away from the cycle of violence and poverty. CR Builders was the lead developer and worked closely with YWCA Billings to make this unique project a success. The project opened in the summer of 2018.

Tapestry Apartments is an affordable housing project located in Billings’ southside at 115 S. 30th Street. The project consists of 27 units dedicated to qualifying families and individuals. The project is sponsored by Community Leadership & Development, Inc. (CLDI) and opened in early 2024.
