



Sponsored by the YWCA of Billings, this 24-unit multifamily community is located at 909 Wyoming Avenue in Billings, MT. The project is designed specifically to provide safe, affordable housing to its clientele, primarily single mothers and women in distress; Gateway Vista also provides numerous wrap-around services to help residents get back on their feet and break away from the cycle of violence and poverty. CR Builders was the lead developer and worked closely with YWCA Billings to make this unique project a success. The project opened in the summer of 2018.

This project is located on the campus of St. John’s United at 2940 Rimrock Road in Billings, MT. This 56-unit affordable senior community is a new development that replaces an old housing wing of the campus that was built in 1956. Grand Opening occurred in May of 2021.

Century View Apartments is an affordable housing project located in Bismarck at 3015 Nebraska Drive. The project consists of 40 units dedicated to qualifying families and individuals. Of the 40 units, 32 are rent and income-restricted, while the remaining 8 are market-rate units. The property opened in October 2024.

Located at 600 Grand Drive, Bigfork, MT, this 22-unit luxury condominium complex was designed and built as an expansion of the full-service Marina Cay Resort property on the shores of Flathead Lake. This unique development offers both ownership and rental options either on the waterfront or at poolside. Opened in 2007.

This 36-unit multifamily apartment complex is located at 1032 6th Street in Sidney, MT. Apartments are specifically designed to meet the needs of disabled persons and seniors. Opened in May of 2016.

A 2-story L-shaped building that offers 37 affordable apartments to senior citizens. Located at the corner of 12th Avenue NE and 5th Street NE in Jamestown, ND, this property is designed to provide a more social and interactive environment, featuring a TV lounge, fitness center, card room and spacious community room with coffee bar and full kitchen. Opened in July of 2007.
