Located at the corner of Stower Street and South Moorehead Avenue, this project is designed for low to moderate‑income families. The development will feature one‑, two‑, and three‑bedroom homes, along with ample parking and an outdoor playground. The project is sponsored by CR Builders, LLC and Hearthstone Group, Inc., with construction beginning June 2026.
