As Vice President of Construction Management, Topher is responsible for environmental, architectural and construction coordination as well as oversight of current and future CR Builders projects. He works closely with the CR Builders team and partners on project feasibility, partner selection, schedule and budget implementation in ensuring project goals, and successful project completion for all related parties. Topher’s role also includes multijurisdictional coordination with local, state, and federal agencies.
Prior to joining CR Builders, Topher’s portfolio encompassed a variety of roles in construction, including owner/operator of CDR Construction, Old Dock Holdings LLC, and several senior positions in other related companies, including being an owner’s rep for Whole Foods. In real estate, he is a past and current member of various real estate associations, including ICSC, and he was a licensed real estate agent in Massachusetts. Topher holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
